Inspired by the film HER on Netflix, this track is Masagi’s interpretation of the eerie feeling he felt while watching an unsettling depiction of AI in the movie, which probably will happen in the near future.

This track was created out of a love for watching people dance to hard techno and hardgroove beats at Boiler Room events. Masagi and Nekan found the energy exciting and fun, leading them to craft this piece.

Masagi, formerly known as Soltice, is a DJ, producer, and co-founder of PURE! Records. With a career spanning over a decade, he has performed at major venues and underground events across Indonesia and Asia. Starting as a resident DJ in 2008, Masagi has explored an array of genres, including bass music, hip-hop, R&B, funk, soul, house, disco, techno, jazz, and broken beat. His past releases, including the ‘POLA’ EP and the ‘BANASPATI’ EP (as Soltice), highlight his ability to merge contemporary electronic music with traditional Indonesian influences.
