Tucked away in a corner of Jimbaran, far from Bali’s bustling tourist spots, lies a place that sparks curiosity and tempts the taste buds. Its name? Babakambing—not just a restaurant, but a stage where goat meat takes center spotlight. With only ten tables and an open kitchen concept, customers are invited to experience a whole new way of enjoying goat dishes.

Babakambing was born in 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic. What started as a frozen goat noodle business soon evolved into something much bigger. From a small kitchen came a bold idea: “Why not take goat meat to the next level?” And so, a new culinary journey began—one that goes beyond just being delicious but is downright addictive.
“The idea is simple—we want to highlight goat meat, serve it in the best possible way, and let customers see the magic behind the process,” says Raja, the founder.

Forget everything you thought you knew about goat meat. Here, every bite proves that it can be transformed into something extraordinary. Try the Roasted Goat Thigh Set, juicy and packed with rich flavors. The Butter Garlic Grilled Goat Ribs? Buttery, tender, and melts in your mouth. Craving a spicy kick? The Balado Goat Ribs will set your taste buds on fire. And don’t miss the Baba Burger—a killer combo of soft buns, succulent goat meat, and a secret sauce that’ll have you hooked at first bite.
But it’s not just the food that keeps people coming back—the drinks are just as exciting. Rosella Squash, refreshingly floral. Lemoline Soda, the perfect pairing for a hearty meal. And the crowd favorite—Tamarind Ginger Sour, a unique mix of tangy, sweet, and a hint of spicy ginger that keeps you craving more.
At Babakambing, nothing is ordinary. Every bite is an adventure, every visit an experience. This isn’t just a restaurant—it’s proof that goat meat can be turned into a culinary masterpiece.
