Iron Fist has curated seven unique menu items, each representing a fusion of passion, influence, and bold experimentation: General Brook’s Orange Chicken – Inspired by Lucky Brookland, this take on the classic orange chicken delivers a punch of flavor alongside steamed rice and chicken lap cheong. Spanking Cheeseburger Spring Roll – Taking cues from Wiro Byurger, this crispy delight wraps the essence of a cheeseburger in a crunchy spring roll shell. Baaked Spaghetti – A nod to Chaka Bruule, this hearty dish brings beef bolognese and bechamel, together in a harmony of bold flavors. Meeshoa Got Talent With Mala Braised Brisket – Inspired by Talenta Bar, a crowd favorite, this dish showcases beef brisket with homemade mala for a flavorful kick. Meeshoa Got Talent With Seared Chicken – Inspired by Talenta Bar, this version of the dish spotlights seared chicken for a rich, savory experience. Pepper Chicken Claypot Rice – Inspired by Pepper Lunch, this claypot dish offers a satisfying combination of peppery chicken and fragrant rice.
